Gregory Chesko, of Burlington, became the center of an investigation following a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children concerning his online activities, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw said.
The investigation found that Chesko had sent multiple images and videos depicting child pornography from his phone using an instant messaging application, Bradshaw said. Child porn was found on his devices during the execution of a search warrant at his home, Bradshaw said.
He was arrested Monday, July 15 at his home and charged with distribution of child sex abuse material, possession of child sex abuse material with intent to distribute, and possession of child sex abuse material.
Chesko was lodged in the Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly pending a first appearance in Superior Court. The case will be prepared for presentation to a grand jury for possible indictment.
Chesko's Facebook page shows he is a senior account manager at GRAS Lawn Care and is from Levittown, PA.
The investigation was conducted by the BCPO High-Tech Crimes Unit, with assistance from the Burlington Township Police Department, the New Jersey State Police TEAMS Unit, and United States Homeland Security Investigations – Cherry Hill Office. The lead investigator is BCPO Detective Tiffany Lenart.
